Dan Haley, Esq.
Owner and Managing Attorney

Dan Haley, Esq., is the Owner and Managing Attorney of Haley Law Group PLLC. He founded the HLG in 2023 after having been an entertainment, media and corporate attorney at a number of boutique entertainment law firms. 

Over the course of Dan’s career, he has represented clients across many different industries, including theater, live events, film, television, music, publishing, podcasting, hospitality, digital media and e-commerce. In connection therewith, Dan has served as production counsel to several Broadway productions, including Kimberly Akimbo, Life of Pi, A Christmas Carol, and many others, as well as production counsel to many film and television productions. That being said, Dan’s experience extends beyond representing producers: Dan has represented literary agencies and many independent artists. 

Dan has published many articles, including in the Cardozo Journal of Law & Gender. Dan graduated from Columbia University and Cardozo Law School. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.

Miles River Willow
Legal Associate and Operations Manager

Miles River Willow is the Legal Associate and Operations Manager of Haley Law Group PLLC. Miles joined HLG in 2025, after more than seven years in office administration at multiple boutique law firms. As a graduate of the State University of New York at Potsdam with a degree in Theater, Miles combines his well-honed approach to office management with a lifelong love for the arts.

Miles’ experience as an actor gives him a unique perspective on the entertainment industry, as well as a creative point of view in tackling any task required to assist the team.
